Every student is required to bring their almanac and identity card to school daily.
Students must affix their photograph, provide necessary information, and have it signed by parents in the designated space within the almanac.
Students who commute independently must arrive at school before the bell rings.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on school premises and will be confiscated if found.
The morning bell indicates the start of assembly or classroom sessions, and students must proceed promptly and quietly.
Transitions between classrooms should be conducted in an orderly and silent manner.
Students are expected to maintain cleanliness and proper attire at all times. School uniform is mandatory on all working days and for school events. Those not in uniform or dressed untidily will be sent home.
All male students (except Sikhs) must maintain short hair, while girls should tie their hair neatly.
Non-Sikh boys must have regular haircuts. Sikh boys in class IX and above must wear turbans, and a patka may be worn during sports activities.
Students are responsible for taking care of school property. Any damage should be reported immediately to the class teacher, and the cost of repairs will be borne by the responsible student.
Only textbooks or library books are allowed to be brought to school. Lending or borrowing of money or items is prohibited.
Valuable items should not be brought to school, as the school is not liable for any loss or damage.
The school reserves the right to suspend students with unsatisfactory academic progress or disruptive behavior.
Parents should attend Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meetings to monitor their child’s progress.
Visits by parents or guardians to their children or teachers require prior permission from the Principal.
Report cards must be signed by parents/guardians within five days of receipt.
Students are reminded to respect school property, including plants and flowers, and refrain from damaging them.
Students of St. Kabir Public Sen. Sec. School are expected to display politeness and respect at all times. Bullying and the use of inappropriate language are punishable offenses.
Sharp objects such as knives are not permitted on school premises.
Students are encouraged to maintain cleanliness within classrooms, school buildings, and the campus, disposing of waste in designated bins.
At St. Kabir Public Sr. Sec. School, juniors are to be treated with care and seniors respected, fostering harmony between all students.
No students shall indulge in any of the following practices, namely:
Students who engage in aggressive or violent behavior will be prohibited from using the school bus. Instead, they will need to be picked up and dropped off by their parents.
Students must refrain from participating in violent or destructive activities.
Students are expected to adhere to all orders, directions, and instructions provided by school authorities.
Those found using unfair means during examinations will face disciplinary action determined by the school authorities.
Students who fail twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue their studies at the school.
No student shall cooperate with or participate in any violent acts committed by other students that may cause physical or mental harm to anyone.
Students should not engage in any actions that disrupt the principles and norms of school discipline.
School rules are subject to change without prior notice or explanation.
Students under suspension will not be marked as present during their absence.
Latecomers, uniform violators, and students who neglect their homework will be sent home.
Students are not permitted to use the school telephone without permission and will not be called to answer phone calls during class time.
Students using the school van must maintain discipline. Van privileges will be revoked if discipline is not maintained.
Ill students should not attend school.
Students are not allowed to visit relatives or friends’ houses from school.
No gifts or sweets are permitted for birthdays. The distribution of gifts or sweets on school premises is prohibited.
The school provides all necessary sports equipment during games periods. Students are not allowed to bring their own balls, bats, etc., to school.
